Stretching with Skylar

Even 5 minutes of simple stretching – at any time of day – can benefit our health in many ways. Stretching can reduce stress, promotes recovery from pain and tension built up from a busy day, improves circulation and helps prevent injury by increasing flexibility in our muscles and joints.

The goal of these sessions is to make space for you connect with yourself through breathing and movement. In the morning sessions, we will reset mind and body for productivity and positivity, and wind down to rest in the evenings.

This is not a rigorous yoga class, but a simple guided session of stretching and breathing that you can take at your own pace. We meet in a serene and open environment to transport and inspire, no matter where you are beaming in from. Our sessions are all under 8 minutes, just a brief self-check in that everyone deserves to take.
